What's the shipping policy?
Starting March 21st 2019 we 'fetch' to anywhere in the Klang Valley!
What's the return policy?
Unless there is a distribution problem we do not accept returns or refunds.
Are you only 'fetching' for cats and dogs?
Yes but we do plan to Fetch for all living creatures, mammal, amphibians, etc. in the near future.
What about other brands that you aren't offering?
We are working on Fetching any brand that your fur-kid craves so make sure to leave us a comment and tell us what you're looking for, we promise to take it into consideration and perhaps we can work something out for you!
How do I change my Fetch subscriptions?
Simply go into your account and change it but remember it takes a month for it to come into effect!
Do you do Cash on Delivery?
Not for now, we're so sorry...
What about referral programs?

How do you charge on deliveries?
We ship anywhere within the Klang Valley for a standard fee of RM10.
Do I have to be home for the Fetch drop?
Yes and no. You wouldn't need to be there but a representative should to ensure that all your products are delivered in tip-top shape.
Do you ship outside of the Klang Valley?
Unfortunately, we don't but feel free to reach out to us and maybe we can work something out!
When will you deliver?
We fetch your orders to you every Saturday!
